What does consulting involve?
- First, we’ll have a FREE 20-minute initial call to discuss your situation
- Based on our interview, we will let you know whether your needs can be addressed in a one-hour session or if a package is required
- The session takes place via Zoom; once we receive your payment, we'll schedule it and send you the link.
- The session lasts between 1 and 60 minutes and is designed to address any specific questions you may have regarding the following topics: Visits with biological parents, documentation you need to provide to social services, everyday challenges you face and how to resolve them, paperwork you need to complete for doctors or schools, etc.
- Please note: You have a 15-minute grace period to log in to your session; otherwise, it will be considered terminated, and no refund will be issued.
- If you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, it is important to notify us at least one hour in advance so we can reschedule your appointment, subject to availability. If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will not be eligible to reschedule. No refunds will be issued.
DO YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS?
If I cancel my consultation, will I get a refund?
Refunds are not available, as the course has limited enrollment and closes once a certain number of participants has been reached. However, you may transfer your spot to someone else; simply notify us so we can add the replacement participant to the list.
If I can't attend my one-on-one consultation, can I reschedule it?
Yes, you can reschedule. If you are unable to attend your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you must notify us at least one hour in advance so we can schedule a new date, subject to availability. If you do not show up without prior notice, you will lose the right to reschedule. No refunds will be issued.
What if we don't get to cover all my questions during a session?
